Masseria San Nicola
venue of our choice
venue of our choice
This secluded masseria (typical Italian farmhouse), found in Savelletri, has been named in honour of the patron saint of the nearby city of Bari. The stunning whitewashed venue, set in the heart of a centuries-old olive farm, is cozy, private and off the beaten track.
The dramatic building is offset by gorgeous green plantation shutters that greet you as you enter. The beautifully maintained gardens are full of plants and flowers typical to the region and beyond – bougainvillea, citrus fruits, prickly pear cacti, palm trees and roses – adding pops of colour and a little Mediterranean scent to the air.
Traditional and modern blend in perfect harmony here. The rooms are tastefully decorated in cream and white and just ooze sophistication. There are six of them set over two floors with a living area and dining room, kitchen with a private garden and pool. You can also hire three other properties within the masseria for other guests.
The ceremony itself takes place outside among the olive groves and your guests will then move to the terrace, with its panoramic views, for a reception under the stars, with an array of sparkly lights.
It is perfect for an intimate wedding but also if your guests are staying elsewhere, the venue can accommodate up to 300 people for the ceremony, wedding party and lots of dancing and fun afterwards.
