This wedding day on a hot late June afternoon was held in a winery of Masseria Amastuola, settled on a hill overlooking the Ionian coast of Puglia. The day was truly magical.

The rolling hills and lush vineyards became a unique backdrop for the ceremony of Anh and Darko, conducted by a very close friend of the couple. Their family members traveled to Puglia all the way from Bosnia, Vietnam and Canada.

Anh looked stunning in her custom-made La Lune white gown from Luna Bea, and Darko looked handsome in his classic black tuxedo from Richard James.

The reception was held in the winery’s courtyard under the starry sky and typical Puglia fairy lights, where guests were treated to a delicious meal of traditional Pugliese cuisine and exquisite wines of Masseria Amastuola.

The couple had chosen a menu of traditional dishes with a modern touch such as the “Squid ink orecchiette pasta with clams and courgette flowers”, as well as the “Slice of scottona veal with arugula pesto, datterino tomato confit and canestrato cheese fondue”. The dinner was crowned with the culinarie epitome of the traditional millefoglie wedding cake.

The atmosphere was lively, with a live band playing most popular hits, ensuring plenty of dancing.

The couple had chosen organic florals for the reception, and the air was filled with the sweet scent of the blooms.

This wedding in Puglia was truly an unforgettable experience, full of love, laughter, and amazing food and wine.
