Throughout the planning process, she was responsive, organised and reassuring. No question was too small, and she made us feel completely supported from start to finish. The vendors she recommended were fantastic and worked together seamlessly, which is a real testament to her network and expertise.

On the day itself, everything ran perfectly. We were able to fully relax and enjoy every single moment with our friends and family, knowing Victoria had everything completely under control behind the scenes.

Her network of local vendors was fantastic and every recommendation she made was excellent. She was also completely open to all of our ideas, no matter how unusual. She even helped coordinate custom 3D signs of our dog pointing guests in the right direction, which perfectly captured the personality of the event.

On the wedding day itself she was unstoppable. She kept everything running on time and handled every detail seamlessly, but somehow managed to do it without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. Because of her, we were actually able to relax and fully enjoy the day with our friends and family.

She was thoughtful, and genuinely kind throughout the entire process. We couldn’t recommend her more highly.

Even with this being a destination wedding for us, she made it feel as comfortable and effortless as if we were getting married at home. A five-star review doesn’t even come close to how thankful we are. We’ll be forever grateful to Victoria for giving us the most magical, joy-filled weekend of our lives, and she will forever hold a special place in our hearts.

It had always been my dream to get married in Italy, but honestly, I never thought it would be possible. The idea of planning a wedding overseas, especially with more than 100 of our loved ones flying in, felt overwhelming and intimidating. But from the very first email, Viktorija erased every worry. She made what once felt impossible not only possible, but easy. She guided us through every detail with such calm, confidence, and expertise, that instead of stress, we felt excitement every step of the way.

My family, James, and I were all blown away by her warmth, honesty, and professionalism right from the start. She gave us the best advice, was upfront about every detail, and guided us with such grace. Over the year and a half of planning, we had countless phone calls, video chats, and late-night WhatsApp messages—and she handled every single one of my ideas, worries, and “what ifs” with patience and reassurance. She never made me feel like a burden. Instead, she made me feel like my wedding was the only one on her mind.

When I finally met Viktorija in person in November 2024, while visiting Puglia with my parents for tastings and planning, I burst into tears the moment I saw her. She had already become such a big part of my life, someone I spoke to more than many of my own friends and family, and meeting her only confirmed how lucky we were to have her.

From that moment until our September 2025 wedding, time flew. Viktorija poured her heart into every detail. She went above and beyond—helping with things she didn’t have to, like arranging a wheelchair for my grandmother and even helping my sister plan my bachelorette. She became woven into our family, into the story of our wedding, and into my life.

When the wedding weekend finally arrived, the emotions overwhelmed me. Every time I saw Viktorija, I cried—happy tears, because she made our weekend more magical than we ever dreamed of, and sad tears, because I knew this chapter of working with her was coming to an end. Our guests adored her. Everyone raved about the details, the beauty, and especially the joy she brought to James and me. She created her own bonds with James, my mom, my sister, and truly became part of our family.

Viktorija is not only an incredible wedding planner but an even more extraordinary human being. She made a lifelong dream come true, and I will forever be grateful. I wish I could go back and relive it all just to talk to her every day again. Our friendship is forever, and I know this is not the end of our story together.

From the first moments, you told me that I was special to you and that my wedding would become your mission. You embraced every thought, every wish, every tiny detail I shared with you, and you brought them to life in a way that went far beyond even my wildest dreams. Everything you touched carried the mark of your organization, your perfectionism, and your ability to listen and care with both your mind and your heart. Your incredible attention to detail turned every idea into a breathtaking reality. Thanks to you, absolutely everything was a thousand times more than I ever hoped for. My wedding wasn’t just a perfect day, it was an insane and amazing dream come true.

Thank you for being endlessly available, day and night. Thank you for your patience, for your kindness, for your compassion, and for your total devotion. I know that you did so many things that were far beyond your mission, things you did not have to do, and yet you did them for me. I saw it all, I felt it all, and I will never forget it.

You were so much more than a wedding planner to me. You were a confidante, an ally, another pair of eyes, another voice when mine wasn’t enough, another pair of hands to carry me through. I know how fiercely you defended my interests, how far you pushed yourself to make me happy and to turn my dreams into reality.

I admire you so much for your patience, your resilience, and your absolute confidence in bringing to life even the wildest dreams of your brides. Beyond your talent, it is your generosity of heart that touched me and that is truly one of a kind. You put your heart into every moment, and it showed in every smile, every amazed look from our guests, and most of all, in the immense happiness I felt.

I am going to miss you!!! You were constantly in the top five of my WhatsApp conversations, and now there will be an emptiness without you there every day 🤪 I truly hope to see you again soon — either when I return to Puglia or when you come to Paris (you HAVE to tell me when you come).

I don’t think I will ever find words strong enough to tell you how grateful I am. You were my strength, my anchor, my partner in this journey, and now I can truly say that you have become so much more than a wedding planner by my side. You have been my magician, my fairy, my friend.

I sincerely hope that life will give back to you a thousand times the happiness that you have given me. You deserve everything beautiful, because your talent, your generosity, and your professionalism are rare and precious gifts.

Planning a wedding across the ocean can be overwhelming, and as a bride who is admittedly a control freak about details, I worried about how I would ever be able to let go. Yet Victoria gave me the gift of trust. She became our safe harbor. She created a space soooo warm and secure, which allowed us to not only enjoy our wedding day but also to enjoy the entire process of being engaged and planning together. She gave us space to be present as fiancées, to dream, and to celebrate, while she carried the weight of the details with so much grace and dedication. She carried our worries like they weighted nothing at all.

From the very beginning, Victoria saw us, and we immediately felt connected, like we have known her for years. She invested herself in getting to know us as people, listened to the stories behind our love, understood the quiet moments that mattered to us the most, and somehow translated all of that into magic. She understood our style, our priorities, and our vision, and she went above and beyond to find vendors who were not only exceptional but also the perfect fit for us. They felt like extensions of our own hearts. Every suggestion she made, every detail she crafted, was like she had reached into our souls and pulled out exactly what we didn’t even know we were searching for. She always kept our budget in mind, working hard to ensure we got the best without compromise.

On our wedding day, Victoria worked with such quiet strength and determination that everything appeared effortless. She moved like poetry in motion. Behind the scenes, she was the invisible thread weaving everything together, the gentle force ensuring every moment unfolded exactly as it should. It was like watching an orchestra, everyone in synchrony and with such devotion, but creating note of music that felt written just for us. And because of her, we were able to be fully present with our families, our friends, and with each other. The most beautiful venue at Castello Monaci, the music, the flowers, the surprises, every single moment felt like a dream that took our breath away. Our guests told us again and again that it was the best wedding they had ever attended, or they will ever attend, and we know that it was Victoria’s magic that made that possible.

But what makes Victoria extraordinary isn’t her flawless execution or her artist’s eye for beauty, though both are breathtaking. It is her heart. It’s the way she loves what she does, the way she poured her whole heart into our happiness like it was her own sacred mission. She cared for us deeply, championed our love. She is one of the kindest, most loving people we have ever met, and throughout this process she became so much more than our planner. She became our friend. She’s one of those rare souls who makes the world brighter simply by being in it, and we are so delighted that our paths crossed.

We lived our fairytale because of Victoria. We had the most beautiful wedding we always dreamed of, one that left us with wedding blues for weeks afterward because we wanted to relive it again and again. She gave us the gift of being completely present for the beginning of our forever. Our gratitude runs deeper than words can reach, and we know that no matter how many years pass, we’ll always carry the magic she created for us in our hearts. Thank you, Victoria. We love you and miss you incredibly! When we do our vow renewal, you know who we are calling.

Not a single detail was overlooked, nothing was ever too much, Victoria was always responsive whenever we needed anything and all the stress/worry was taken away from us allowing us to enjoy the complete wedding journey. She went above and beyond for us not only in the planning process but still now, after our wedding, assisting us with anything we need or questions we have.

As a bride I was able to completely relax whilst getting ready, no worries or stress about the set up or vendors/guests arriving as Victoria took care all of this. She not only greeted our guests but also ensured if anyone needed help she was there, no matter what! Translating for guests to ensure their transport knew the correct details to avoid any later problems, she was always one step ahead with everything. She took care of every single detail to ensure both myself and my husband could enjoy our time getting ready with the bridal party/groomsmen.

The flow of the day was flawless, a testament to her organisational genius and calm demeanor. Victoria anticipated every need before it even arose, ensuring that we could fully immerse ourselves in the joy of the moment without a single worry. The timeline was executed with such grace that our guests were able to relax and enjoy every second, never feeling rushed or out of place. It was as if she had a sixth sense for keeping everything on track whilst making it not feel regimented.

Not only did Victoria have such amazing and positive feedback from us, she did from all of our guests too! Without exception, every single person told us it was the best weekend of their lives. All our guests tell us how amazing Victoria was, helpful, kind, understanding and just a genuine amazing person. Victoria didn’t just plan a wedding; she created the most magical weekend full of memories that will live with us all forever.

Victoria is so talented and amazing at what she does, she turned our dream wedding into a reality far beyond what we could have ever imagined. Victroia went above and beyond in ways that deeply moved us. She spent two full weekends personally driving us around Puglia — first to help us find our dream venue, and then again for our food, wine, and cocktail tastings. She offered this not out of obligation, but out of true kindness and a desire for us to feel confident and joyful in every choice. Delivering: I have been in the events’ industry for some time now and can vouch for what is a smooth delivery of events. We did 3 events for our 200 guests wedding and every one of them went so good. All our guests were just amazed by how perfect everything was – and this was 100% thanks to Victoria. She made sure to have all information beforehand so that she would only ask us once or twice during the event for information. Always here, never seen.

To conclude, stress free weddings are an impossible thing but Victoria, thanks to all her years of knowledge, professionalism and true & beautiful empathy for the bride and groom, can do it with eyes closed.
