Her communication was always so on point, throughout the year but also leading up to our big day, even though she was in the midst of wedding season and had so much on her plate, she always made us feel like we were the most important event to her. Even our guests were in awe of how organized and helpful she was and she really made the whole experience for them, very memorable.

It was a dream to work with Victoria and when we hear how many of our friends had issues with their planners who were not hands on and who weren’t organized, we knew we hit the jackpot with her.

Her professionalism, attention to detail and service really made our wedding weekend what it was!

Every single detail of our wedding was planned to perfection, even when my ideas were from a random picture on instagram, she sourced it, got a quote and made it happen for me!

As a self confessed person who needs to be in control, I never ever let anyone do things for me…until I met Victoria! I trusted her implicitly to make decisions, it became evident very quickly that she knew best and uses only the very best suppliers. She kept budget in mind with every decision and quote (which isn’t my strong point), always advocating for the best option, being honest and transparent.

Victoria was in contact with me constantly throughout, I never ever had to worry about her getting in touch which was one thing that made the stress of wedding planning much easier. Regular emails, texts, video calls, keeping me up to date with anything I needed to know and always responding with I needed something from her. We miss her already!

I can confidently say she is the best wedding planner I could ever have found, there’s not a single thing extra she could have done for us. My expectations were by far exceeded in all aspects of the wedding and planning process. Not only is she the most incredible wedding planner, she is the most beautiful person. Thank you for making our wedding a fairytale, not only for us but for our family and friends too.

As we were planning from Canada, and were not able to travel to visit our wedding venue and taste the food, Victoria helped us coordinate with the chef and the venue owner to give us as much information and customizability to give us peace of mind that everything would be perfect – and it was! Victoria came with recommendations of vendors to work with for every aspect, from florists, photographers, bar catering, and vintage car rentals, to tableware rentals, musicians, and fireworks. Each vendor was phenomenal and a joy to work with.

From the beginning, Victoria has been extremely responsive, detailed, and organized. Her planning documents and communication with all parties kept us from being stressed about the planning! However, we were even more blown away by her during our three-day wedding event. We cannot speak to how much she did behind the scenes, because she shielded us from the minute details, coordinated every activity to perfection, and allowed us to be guests of honour rather than hosts. I know that there was more happening than we will ever be able to guess, and we are extremely grateful for everything Victoria was doing behind the scenes so that we could enjoy the day.

Planning our wedding with Victoria is a memory we will cherish. Her support and guidance throughout the process was invaluable. Her confidence and calmness in tackling challenges, accommodating last-minute crazy requests (sorry!), and relationship with our wonderful vendors made our dream wedding possible. We quite literally shared our vision, and Victoria took care of the rest and executed it to perfection. All of our guests are still raving about it weeks later!

Victoria is above all else, a wonderful human being. We ordered snacks for welcome bags that did not arrive on time. Not only did she curate replacement snacks the morning of our guests’ arrival, but when the original order did arrive, Victoria had the wonderful idea of donating the food to local families and children.

We could not recommend her enough times. If you are planning a wedding, there is simply no other choice than to work with Victoria. She will make your dreams come true as she did for us.

Victoria also helped out with our welcome drinks event and pizza party, the day after the wedding, even though she was not obliged to do so. She was absolutely brilliant, and we cannot thank her enough all her hard work in helping us to achieve what can only be described as the best day of our lives!

All our calls for the next year and a half were like this, and I trusted her implicitly. She recommended vendors to me and facilitated/joined each call with each vendor. If I selected a vendor that was not one, she recommended, she would set up the meeting and treat the call the same, but ultimately, I went with the vendors she recommended because I could tell they understood my vision the best. Victoria has an eye for quality that is unmatched. She listens and makes sure she understands your vision, then speaks to vendors and asks for details as though she were in your shoes. She made me feel so supported, we were a team.

I graduated business school in 2021, and I can tell you right now Victoria created some of the best Excel spreadsheets I have ever seen: the wedding task list was color coordinated, with a timeline for each item down to “purchase wedding shoes”. The level of detail for these was extraordinary, as is everything Victoria does, to be honest. I was in awe of her work ethic, but beyond that, we grew very close. I looked forward to our calls and we would connect about pretty much everything, especially our love of dogs. When I was getting stressed in the months before the wedding, we had calls just so she could assure me and calm me down – she is so much more than a wedding planner, it is hard to put into words.

Our wedding venue was Masseria Torre Coccaro; we had the welcome dinner at Coccaro Beach Club and booked exclusive use of Masseria Don Luigi for our bridal parties and families for all three days. Each of the three days took place at a different location and guests were staying at 4 different locations. The planning was complex, but Victoria handled it seamlessly. From transportation, to managing all the vendors and venues, she somehow makes It look easy when it is anything but. She gets things done and with an attention to detail I have never witnessed before.

My then fiancé and I went to Puglia a week before the wedding to see all the locations and do the tastings/trials. Of course, Victoria planned the three days seamlessly and joined us at every appointment. Upon first meeting her, it was like meeting an old friend, she has a beautiful aura and zest for life that is rare. That day she drove me 2 hours (an hour there and back) to Lecce for my makeup trial. It was a pleasure to spend time together, again, it was like hanging with a friend!

Fast forward to the three days of the wedding, Victoria was there for every moment, ensuring every guest got onto the last call for the shuttles. Then the wedding day – did I mention Victoria officiated us?! That’s right, not only is she a planner but prior she was a professional officiant and is fluent in over 5 languages. We filled out a questionnaire which she incorporated into her speech. She asked if we had edits, but I am telling you no edits were needed. She captured us perfectly and all the guests were in tears. Many said it was the best wedding speech they had ever witnessed.

During the wedding day, Victoria was always there, when someone stepped on my bustle, she was there to fix it. When I wanted to move the dances earlier in the evening, she made it happen. She understands and caters to your needs in a way that feels effortless but requires a ton of effort and skill.

I will be honest, I cried when saying goodbye to Victoria on the last day of festivities. She is so much more than a wedding planner. If you hire Victoria for your wedding, she will be your confidant, your biggest supporter, and most of all your friend during all the mundane stresses a wedding brings. She makes everything fun.

I feel so lucky to have found her and can say with certainty my wedding would not have been as magical as it was without her. Do yourself a favor and hire Victoria for the most important day of your life. You will regret it if you do not.
