Victoria planned our September 2023 wedding in Puglia. Living in Chicago, with many family members in Matera, Italy, it was extremely important that our wedding be everything we dreamed of, embody the italian spirit, but also be accessible for our international family and friends. Without getting too sentimental (as Victoria’s work is known to do that), it was sincerely the most magical days of our life. To be surrounded by friends and family, with a dream you envisioned come to life, is indescribable. This was, thanks to Victoria.

From the smallest of details to the most grandiose parts of the day, Victoria ensured that every piece was perfect. Although I knew of all the events occurring throughout the day, I was repeatedly left astonished at how beautifully everything came together. During the planning phases, I always looked forward to Victoria’s insight. She never hesitated to go the extra mile to bring your vision come to life, but also provided the honesty needed in such circumstances. Her ideas most definitely gave our day a special, unforgettable touch.

Never would I have thought that the most calming day of my life would be my wedding day, but it sure was. Even during the high adrenaline rushes of dancing, hugging, laughing and crying – I was whole-heartedly at peace without a single worry about how things were proceeding. I was able to fully soak in the day and be present in the moment. And this was because I had full trust in Victoria.

Months later, friends and family still ask how Victoria is doing, and continue to sing her praises on how wonderful of a day she curated for our entire family. And in the process, she too, has become family. She gave us the privilege of uniting our entire family near and far (Nonna’s direct words), which is genuinely a priceless gift. It brings me an indescribable joy that the memory of our wedding day has Victoria as a core pillar.

We are UK-based couple who brought almost 100 guests from around the world to Puglia for a week long celebration, and Victoria played a huge role in every last detail of the planning. I wouldn’t have been able to do it without her and I really mean that.

She is a perfectionist and her attention to detail is second to none. She is patient, kind, and her sense of humour kept us entertained throughout our wedding planning process. Even though it was an exponentially busy year with the ripple effects from the pandemic, Victoria always made us feel like we had her undivided attention. Living across the world from eachother with an 8 hour time difference was never a barrier.

Victoria is organized, efficient, and punctual. Her respectful honesty and realistic advice was always much appreciated and welcomed by us. Her meticulous nature and ability to bring a vision to life is unlike any other. She is constantly ten steps ahead and can manage any challenge.

Victoria’s passion for what she does is incredibly admirable. The respect she gives and the respect she gets from her colleagues speaks volumes about who she is as a person.

We spent a week in Puglia a few months before our wedding and Victoria treated us like family while we were there. It made for such a special experience.

Our whole group of wedding guests were in awe watching Victoria “do her thing” and still talk about how perfect our day was (thanks to her!).

Every bride and groom will have their stresses and anxieties, particularly on the build up to the wedding which I’m sure makes most people pretty intolerable. Seeing Victoria spring into action on the wedding day was a sight to behold, I would liken it to a navy seal who is literally on top of every detail whilst also dealing with a manic bride and groom who have no idea what they are doing. She is wonderful, a lovely person, so good at her job and has had a huge impact on our lives and we will miss her!

Unfortunately, the weather didn’t cooperate as we had hoped, and rain challenged some of our carefully arranged wedding plans. However, Victoria’s calm demeanor and quick thinking ensured that our day remained magical despite the unexpected circumstances.
