WOW – is all I can say! Victoria is simply the best. We began working together about 10 months prior to the wedding in Puglia. As someone who is particular and has planned events, weddings, and travel in the past (and present) – I really needed someone who could assist in honing in exactly what was required and necessary for the specific vendors we were using. She is extremely organized, very responsive, and extremely well connected with all of the top vendors in the region. She also is honest – which is hard to find! She will give you her honest opinion which is truly an asset. She will also give expectations as coming from the US the traditions, business practices etc in Italy are slightly different. She is there with you every step of the way for a flawless event. Truly goes above and beyond to make magic for her clients. Cannot recommend enough!

Victoria played such a key part in our wedding day, our day wouldn’t have been as special without her involvement. We met with many planners in the process, but decided on her because of her warmth, comfort and overall knowledge she portrayed. It was the best decision we made. Victoria was immense help to us as we planned our Puglia destination wedding all the way from the US. We never had a chance to visit our venue, taste our menu, cake, etc. With Victoria’s guidance, we were able to make all these decisions and trust her judgement given her reputation in the wedding industry in Puglia and the relationship she has with many vendors. She’s extremely organized, kept us on a great timeline leading up to our wedding day, and very communicative which always put our minds at ease. From our welcome event we held through our wedding day/night, everything went seamlessly and stress free which really helped myself, and my husband truly enjoy our special day with our friends and family. We can’t imagine not having Victoria as a part of our planning process. She truly is one of the kindest, caring people and the best wedding planner!

Planning a wedding in Puglia from San Francisco seemed like an impossible task, but thanks to Victoria, our three-day wedding weekend was nothing short of magical. As two type-A, busy professionals, we were used to managing everything with precision, but Victoria made the entire planning process feel effortless. She was professional, punctual (which, as many know, is not always the norm in Italy!), warm, and immaculately organized—traits that truly set her apart.

Choosing Victoria as our wedding planner was one of the best decisions we made for our special day and probably our life! Victoria truly organised a wedding beyond our dreams which wouldn’t have been possible without her! From the start to finish Victoria was professional, yet personable and a pleasure to work with (we will really miss her now after our wedding as she was so lovely to work with!)

She was always contactable and responsive and she made the whole planning process so fun and stress free! Victoria’s amazing connections even meant she managed to secure discounts from vendors and arranged a videographer at extremely late notice (1 week before after our personal family connection dropped out and Victoria had top videographer organised and contracted within a matter of hours).

On the wedding day, Victoria made everything so easy, stress-free and special! We even had guests who work on large-scale events in the UK comment with how amazing a planner she is.

When I first began planning our wedding in Italy, I wasn’t sure if hiring a wedding planner was necessary, but I can now confidently say it was the best investment we made! Our wedding wouldn’t have been nearly as extraordinary without Victoria by our side. She was always ten steps ahead, anticipating everything I needed.
