Merritt and JR’s vision for the wedding was to embrace the natural beauty of the area, opting for a palette of natural tones, textures, and colors.

Guests assembled and collectively decided to switch off their phones, immersing themselves fully in the breathtaking ceremony. What followed after was nothing short of amazing: Italian snacks and a selection of fine wines on the terrace right before sunset enjoying live the Italian swing band, which provided a captivating soundtrack as the sun dipped below the horizon. Later, guests descended to the courtyard for a lavish three-course dinner while enjoying bride’s thoughtfully curated playlist.

Guests found their seats with elegantly calligraphed tambourines, which served as lively accompaniments to the heartfelt and humorous speeches interspersed between courses.

For the ceremonial cake cutting, the bride and groom chose an unusual utensil to slice through the millefoglie cake, which was a sword that their planner had at home.

The celebration reached its crescendo as friends and family lined an arched corridor, igniting sparklers to light the couple’s path to the bar and dancefloor. Merritt and JR danced the night away with their guests until the early morning hours.
